Newly remodelled and generous sized rooms, AMAZINGLY EFFICIENT staff on managers. Bathtubs in the bathroom. The good and perfect location for the price, not far from key sights, friendly staff and abundant breakfast choices. Efficient check-in, parking on site.

The breakfast was very good. Staff welcoming ,
Room was old fashoned & quite dark. Bathroom needed updating , no hot water in tap'S. Kettle in room dirty. Leisure centre was a disappointment. No hot water in showers , just lukewarm. Pool seemed quite cold & showers beside sauna & steam room were very cold.

All staff and facilities were excellent. The proximity to the main street was excellent
Unfortunately our room overlooked the front of the hotel where an after hours, outside, party was going on. The noise/music was extremely loud right into the very early hours of the morning (5am) However this didn't stop us from sleeping as we were both very tired and had had a wee drink! Had we had children with us it would have been a different story.

Enjoyed the cozy classic room and treated myself to a relaxing time in the indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it didn't take away from the overall experience, definitely try the dinner menu 😊

Loved newly decorated and generous sized rooms.
The property was in the heart of the city. It was really close to Ristorante Rinuccini, where you can have dinner.

The hotel has an unbeatable location and great food, with the pool area being a highlight. Room ventilation was poor, making my stay quite uncomfortable. The staff were friendly, but some service issues cropped up, like incorrect wine orders. It was mostly enjoyable.

Nice City some lovely old buildings a 800year old castle good shops
Staff pretty poor at service food was just ok breakfast was a disaster they ran out of food people were very angry not enought staff on duty tables not cleared to make way for the next guests billed us for spa treatments even though we never used the spa
